Cryptox Dev is live

This is the isolated development site running from its own container service and image tag.

Isolated

Development changes can be released without updating the production container.

The dev service uses its own GHCR image reference and Docker Compose service.

Only cryptox-dev-site is restarted when the deployment target is dev.
